1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Eligibility:
If you are below 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a legal guardian to place an order or make a booking on our website. By using the purchase functionality and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Amendments:
Jom Padel Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after the revised Terms & Conditions have been made available on the website.
2. BOOKING AND VOUCHERS
2.1 Booking Rates:
Court Booking Rates: Court booking rates can be referenced on our website. Jom Padel Club reserves the right to change these rates at any time.
Standard Booking Rate: You can choose your court dates within 7 days from today.
Advance Booking Rate: For bookings beyond 7 days and up to 30 days from today, an additional RM20 per hour will apply.
Multi-Court Booking: You can book multiple courts in one go, but the time slots must be consecutive.
2.2 Special Events and Tournaments:
In the case of special events or tournaments, Jom Padel Club reserves the right to contact customers to postpone or re-arrange their booking slot to another time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences and minimize any inconvenience.
2.3 Court Booking & Usage:
Court bookings are available in 60 or 120-minute slots. Players are permitted to make multiple reservations on the same court. Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved time slot. Any use of the court outside of the booked time, including occupying the court during a gap period that does not comply with the above conditions, is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with these booking rules may result in penalties, including the forfeiture of booking privileges or additional charges.
3. ORDERING AND PURCHASE
3.1 Review and Availability:
Before completing your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, including checking the quantity, total price, and correcting any input errors. Jom Padel Club does not guarantee that all items in your selection are in stock at the time of your ordering. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may no longer be available once you place your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3.2 Order Confirmation:
After completing your order on jompadelclub.com, you will receive an order summary via email. This order summary is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we have received it. Once processed and confirmed, you will receive a final order confirmation.
3.3 Order Acceptance:
Jom Padel Club reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. PRICES
4.1 Price Changes:
Jom Padel Club reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect already purchased items.
4.2 Sales and Campaigns:
Promotional campaigns or discounts will be available as long as stocks last or until the campaign’s expiration date, as specified in each offer.
5. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT GATEWAY
5.1 Payment Methods:
Payments can be made using the available payment methods on our website, including Visa and Mastercard through secure payment gateways.
5.2 Payment Gateway:
Jom Padel Club uses FPX as our payment processor. Stripe ensures secure transactions with encryption and fraud prevention. By using our platform, you also agree to Stripe’s terms: Stripe’s Terms & Conditions.
5.3 Payment Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the payment and booking/order details. If any payment issues arise, we will contact you using the provided information.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking.
6.2 Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation, Jom Padel Club will issue a refund in the form of credit to your customer profile at jompadelclub.com. This credit can be used for future bookings. Cash refunds are not available.
7. USAGE AND CONDUCT
7.1 Play at Your Own Risk:
All activities, including court bookings, coaching sessions, and use of facilities, are at your own risk. Jom Padel Club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost items during facility use.
7.2 Safety and Attire:
Proper sports attire and sports shoes must be worn while playing. Failure to comply may result in denial of access to the courts.
For safety reasons, metal spikes, sandals, or inappropriate footwear are not allowed on the courts.
7.3 Children:
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
7.4 Cleanliness:
Players must dispose of their trash properly and keep the court and surrounding areas clean.
7.5 Prohibited Substances:
The Participant agrees not to bring, consume, or be under the influence of illegal drugs or to smoke in any area of JPC’s facilities. This includes all open outdoor areas.
7.6 Personal Property:
JPC is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought onto The Club’s premises.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 Limitation of Liability:
Jom Padel Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or facilities.
8.2 Indemnification:
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Jom Padel Club harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
